As pioneers of the side walk cafe -

SWA sought to add a new,  evolutionary layer to the Manhattan outdoor experience and worked with the city to create a commission to establish, the first in history, The Small Sidewalk Cafe Rule.

Since the establishment, we've  worked on thousands of projects and continued to grow and reshape the urban landscape.
